The Companies Act, 2013 (‘the Act’) specifically provides for the appointment of an Individual, who is eligible to appoint as a Scrutinizer in the Company. Every Company [other than specified small & medium Enterprises] having its equity shares listed on Recognized Stock Exchange, or a Company having 1000 or more members shall provide the E-Voting facility to its members.
Our firm provides the services of Scrutinizer at the General Meeting (AGM/EGM/Court Convene Meeting) or at any Postal Ballot convened by the Companies.
